Its amazing how much comfort can be found in strangers. This site has been such a source of strength as I've waited to get my BFP for four years. Last week my happy ending resulted in a BFP.

My Story:
Husband (35) works great, I (34) have anovulation (lack of ovulation) + unknown other infertility. We TTC naturally for 2 years, 1 year slightly
guided by OBGyn. Last year we began infertility treatment.
3 IUIs w/clomid -BFN
3 IUI's w/injectables- BFN

Pretty much lost hope as doctors scratched their heads as to why I was not conceiving. Blood work confirmed that my blood contains 95% sperm antibodies which most likely explains past failures. We decided to try IVF in February. This is my first attempt at IVF. 16 eggs retrieved on 2/14, 15 matured, 12 fertilized through ICSI. 5 day transfer implanted 2 blastocysts, froze 5.

12DPO- very full feeling in lower abdomen, cramps but not painful, fleeting 13DPO- full feeling in abdomen, so tired fell asleep on couch in middle of day. Took HPT and very faint line appeared. Not sure if this is remains of trigger shot or BFP
14DPO- slightly queasy, sleepy in afternoon. Morning HPT is lighter line than day before. Afternoon HPT is as strong as test line. CELEBRATION!!
16DPO- Blood work confirms preggers
Symptoms through today at exactly 5 weeks- Slightly queasy, sleepy in afternoon, twinges in belly. None of my symptoms are particularly strong or noticeable. Happy beta numbers: 254, 515, 2014. First ultrasound end of this week.

I just got my BFP. To give everyone hope, I got the following symptoms in my 2ww, some of which may be due to the stimulation meds leaving my system and the considerable luteal support injections, tablets and immune support meds I am still on.

After embryo transfer:
3-4 days to current: lower abdomen cramps, radiating to the top thigh on left
4-5 days to current: sharp twinges around bladder and womb and ovary area, esp. when standing up
4-5 days and getting better: tearfulness, nervousness, on edge, early morning wakening.
5 days and slightly better now: severe migraines needing to go to bed and take analgesia
Also muscle tension, fatigue (can't lift my arms up for long) and hot flushes.

5 days and still: Uterus feels heavy and sore during bowel movements. Sore breasts.
10days on: dizziness when standing up.

No change in CM noted, no 'show', and no nausea.

On day 5, I really felt my AF was coming and was on symptom-watch due to so many years of wanting this dream. It just goes to show that in IVF our bodies are not under our control and so we cannot second guess the usual symptoms. Hang in there everyone and keep the faith.

Hi. I have been following this website from Australia over the past 12 months. I am 36 yo, my partner 40. I was diagnosed with PCOS 6 years ago. Due to my age and the PCOS we consulted and IVF clinic after 5 months of trying on our own. After 7 Clomid cycles and one month out from commencing first round of IVF we finally have our first BFP at 16 DPO. What we did differently this month? Stopped temping and BD when we felt like it. Also took some time off from very stressful job. Symptoms? Usual AF headaches non existent. No pre AF spotting. Lots of discharge. Very very sore breasts. My 5 yo step daughter came up to me yday and said 'can I touch it' (referring to my tummy) and 'when is the baby coming?' I am only 4 1/2 weeks pg, not showing. Call it kids' intuition...! Baby dust to all x

Feels unbelievable to write this, after so many many months of reading the symptoms of other happy ones! Our story is 2.5 years trying, both 33 years old, no found reason for fertility problems, 4 rounds of clomid, 3 rounds of IUI, 1 IVF.

Egg retrieval – The procedure was very easy, no pain, just a bit dizzy afterwards from the medication. Some pressure in the ovaries. 10 eggs were retrieved
1 day post retrieval – Clinic phones in the morning, 8 cells were mature and they all got fertilized. Feeling so happy! Took two naps. Started the progesterone suppositories in the evening. Ovaries feeling really full. Running to toilet all the time, but that’s due to the 4L of water I’m drinking.
2 days post retrieval – Feeling tired but overall really good. Ovaries feeling really full.
Day of transfer – One 3d with 8 cells. Transfer went great. Feeling really good. No resting afterwards. Three 8 cell embryos got frozen. Went to our favorite restaurant in the evening at the riverside.
1dp3dt – A day at the sea. Sun was shining. Feeling really tired but good
2dp3dt – Feeling tired but good. Some mild pressure in abdomen
3dp3dt – Feeling really tired, a bit like having a hangover even though I didn’t drink alcohol for one month. Breasts are starting to hurt, which is completely normal for me. Think I’m getting a flue, it hurts when I swallow. Got the biggest spot on my face that I ever had
4dp3dt – Still tired. Flu symptoms getting more intense. Breasts really hurting now (normal). Some pressure in abdomen.
5dp3dt – Still tired and still sore breasts. In the evening feeling a bit blue.
6dp3dt - Still tired and still sore breasts. A tiny headache, could be from the stressing. Feeling really down in the evening. Crying quite a lot.
7dp3dt – Breasts not hurting anymore. So sad. This always happens some days before my period starts. Feeling so down. Headache getting worse. Still having a flue.
8dp3dt – Bad headaches. Still feeling down. Trying to distract my thoughts, but its not so easy. Flu still there
9dp3dt – Headache still there but not so badly. Still feeling down. Crying in the night. Some mild pressure in abdomen. Flue still there, now even nose starts running.
10dp3dt – Headache almost gone. Feeling much better. Skin not so pretty, looking a bit oily and having some spots (which I usually don’t have). Some mild pressure in abdomen, could not suck in my tummy like normal.
11dp3dt – Woke up at 3am, did the test and it was positive!! Amazing! The line is quite weak, but its definitely there! So so so happy and in chock! In the afternoon my breasts starts to hurt again. Some mild cramping
12dp3dt – Tested again, still positive. Some cramping. Skin looks really oily. Breasts really painful now
13dp3dt – Tested again, line getting stronger. Quite tired. Some very bad cramps in the evening. Doctors said its normal, as long as there is no bleeding (or at least not heavy bleeding). Really painful and swollen breasts.
14dp3dt – Test again stronger. Crampy abdomen and painful breasts. Called in to book an ultrasound for week 7. Hurraa!!! Our first IVF was a success <3

I thought I should share my story. I’ve been TTC for years! Cycles and cycles of negative pregnancy tests, broken hearts and many many tears! After years of trying, 2 Reproductive Endocrinologists, a laparoscopic surgery, many failed IUIs and 1 IVF cycle…..I can finally say that I’m pregnant!

Also for those of you that are dealing with blocked tubes, uterine septum, ovarian cysts and/or endometriosis…rest assured that it can happen for you!!! I had surgery in November 2011 to remove endo, drain ovarian cysts, unsuccessfully tried to unblock my left tube and repaired my uterine septum.

Let me just say that I was certain that I was not pregnant this cycle! I even posted an obnoxious post on Facebook saying how life isn’t fair. Well I was wrong! I just tested too early. I could have saved myself the agony of thinking that I wasn’t pregnant if I had just waited 2 more days!!!

So for those of you out there going through fertility treatments know that it can happen! Don’t give up hope!

Here are my symptoms (I’m taking Estrogen 2 tbs daily and 3 Progesterone suppositories daily)

1dpt- sharp stabbing pain in my uterus
2dpt-5dpt- ovaries very full and sore, sore bbs and nipples, light cramping
6dpt- ears clogged but no other cold/flu symptoms, bbs no longer sore, finally able to get in and out of the car like a normal person and not like a 90 year old woman, short sharp pains in my bladder/urethra
7dpt- ears still clogged, strong urge for chocolate and carbs, had a vivid pregnancy dream night before, short sharp pains in my bladder/urethra
8dpt- ears unclog, stronger AF like cramps, nipples are sore again, lower back pain
9dpt- slight positive Hpt (guessing it’s the trigger still in my system), feeling emotional
10dpt- completely negative Hpt, very emotional, irritable, sobbing, strong AF like cramps and brown spotting, convinced that I’m not PG, feeling hopeless
11dpt- emotional, cramping, no more spotting, convinced that I’m not PG, feeling depressed
12dpt- positive HpT, bright red spotting, feeling very munchy, craving for carbs, very thirsty, tired
13dpt- 4 positive HpT tests, brown spotting, strong uterine cramping, bbs are starting to feel tender on the sides, bbs feel more full, uterus feels like its stretching/contracting

Sitting here at 6.5 months pregnant, I think back to my first pregnancy symptom, which is a symptom that remains to this day. After getting my cycle of IVF, my first symptom I had was hard nipples. Believe it or not, I have had hard nipples to some degree for all of my pregnancy-- even in a hot shower. I had read theses TWW stories many times, over-analyzing any body changes but the only one I had were the simple hard nipples.

For those of you having challenges the natural way, chin up- we tried for a year and then did 3 cycles of IUI as demanded by our insurance company. After a relatively symptom free IVF cycle, we hit it on the first try and my belly is now full of our precious baby girl. Much love to all of you on your babymaking journeys!

I can’t believe I get to write this!! I have been looking at this site for the last few months, analyzing everything!! I’m 23 DF is 24 and I miscarried at 13 weeks (naturally conceived) a year ago, since than we had been trying but no success. Found out I had mild PCOS and DF had some borderline issues too. We had an unsuccessful IUI last month and so tried IVF this month.

They retrieved only 8 mature eggs, 6 fertilized but by day 4 we only had one good enough to transfer, and 2 days later 1 that was borderline able to be frozen.

Now the dreaded TWW - I was a little less crazy and found chat rooms made things heaps easier as I got advice and could experience things with other ladies in the same situation!! To be honest I had sore boobs from day one of medication so that wasn’t a good indicator. I don’t have a day to day as I didn’t want to read into everything but at around 7dp4dt I got THE WORST period cramps, all symptoms were leading to my period day to day symptom to symptoms. I cried myself to sleep and DF took me out for dinner as we prepared for IVF number 2. Next day I took a Hpt and it had the faintest pos!!! Next day was slight higher and so on!!! All my symptoms have gone now (I’m only 11dp4dt today) but BT gave me a 151 BETA CRAZY!!!!!!GL to everyone - TIP: don’t read into everything!!!!!!! You actually never know!

Like many others, I promised myself that I would post my story on here if I ever got a BFP.
I have had 2 IUI that both failed and decided to move to IVF. My 2WW wait symptoms were almost NOTHING! One week after the transfer I felt a sharp pain that lasted a few seconds on the right side of my uterus (implantation?). I had a headache/cramping 10 days after transfer. And those were all my symptoms. I did not have the sore boobs, tiredness, bleeding gums, etc. I really thought it was going to be a negative result and I had already started researching FET procedures and other options. A couple of things that might have contributed to my BFP: I ate Brazilian nuts and pineapple core starting day of transfer and 4 day following the transfer. I also took a few days off of work and did stayed off of fertility websites!!

After 4 years trying, an ectopic pregnancy, and a failed IVF cycle, it seems like we finally got something that worked! I'm only five weeks along in our 2nd IVF cycle, but thought I'd share my symptoms, since reading and comparing with others made me feel more hopeful.

1dpt: Feeling period-like cramps already. So strange to be feeling this so early. Craving cheese. Stomach feeling very full and bloated. Had dreams of breastfeeding.

2dpt: Still cramping, and having sharp pains. Craving cheese. Stomach feeling very full and bloated. Fairly emotional. Skin beginning to be a bit oily and break out. Breasts feel fuller.

3dpt: Breasts are definitely tender and sensitive, and are painful when lying down for a long period and getting up. Had an intense craving for salt, finally settled on lime chips, but really wanted Soy sauce. My husband and my mother both said I was very warm to the touch, but did not take temperature. Emotional and started to get a sore lower back.

4dpt: Woke up to a very sore lower back and sore breasts. Oily skin on face. Just had to have a sub sandwich. Tearful, and down.

5dpt: Took a HPT w/ FMU and it was a BFN. Very down and depressed feeling. Was extremely irritable and tearful.

6dpt: Woke up to my breasts and back not in pain anymore. Began to feel very down and worried about my symptoms reducing. Took a second HPT w/ FMU and it was a BFP!!! I couldn't think of anything else for the rest of the day. :)

7dpt: Couldn't help myself! I took another HPT and yep, still positive! I felt good, I mean, really good! I wasn't tired, I wasn't achy, and I was so darn chipper! I loved it! I met a friend for coffee at 10AM, and then met my momma for lunch. I went to a job interview, and went shopping and to dinner with a friend. I was running around nonstop for about 8hrs, and it was perfect. Was very thirsty throughout the day and had a few hot flashes. Very fatigued at the end of the night.

8dpt: Woke up to my breasts hurting again. Pure exhaustion. Went from fine to starving in about 10 seconds.

9dpt: I could sleep all day long and still not be content. Positive HPT.

10dpt: Feeling really good, except my still-sore breasts.

11dpt: Still feeling really good. Breasts still sore. A bit of 'pregnancy brain'- or so I'm blaming it on that. Positive HPT.

12dpt: VERY sore breasts when waking up. A bit nauseous. First blood work drawn, doctors expecting higher than 5 (but probably less than 100) and we blew them away with 146! It's my new favorite number, I think, lol. 13dpt: Still sore breasts. Craving spicier foods than I normally eat, especially things like queso. Definitely an achy back and achy thighs, but still so so happy! Skin now starting to get dry. 14dpt: Blood work rising and now 349!

1st Pregnancy via IVF

In March 2008, I had a laparoscopy draining endometriosis (stage 3) cyst on left ovary. In June 2008 began my IVF cycle and 31 years old. I had 11 retrieved, 4 had fertilized (1 arrested) and I had 3 embryos transferred on day 3: a 4 cell, 5 cell, 6 cell and none left to freeze. The doc said they were in fair condition, that's why he transferred all of them. We were excited!

1dpt-2dpt: nothing
3dpt: mild period-like cramping, low cramps
4dpt: nothing
5dpt: went to see friend who just had baby...when I held baby, one of my nipples began to feel tingly and prickly
6dpt: sharp stabbing pain above vagina just several seconds and gone...I had to bend over (10pm)...very unusual, never felt that before and I've had some painful periods because of endo
7dpt: sharp stabbing pain on right lower pelvic region, on my bikini line, just a few seconds and gone
8dpt: clear mucousy, gel-like cm, few seconds of sharp pains on right side above hip bone- had to bend over and stop walking, faint spell of nausea and dizziness-came and went in a few minutes at night
9dpt: more clear mucousy cm, warm period-like feeling, prickling, tingling sensation in right nipple
10dpt: nothing
11dpt: feeling hopeful because I never had these symptoms before, but thought it also could be the progesterone; later feeling grumpy and discouraged
12dpt: the day I got my blood test 4 weeks 2 days since LMP and I was definitely pregnant!!! I forgot my hcg level. I did an hpt at home after I got the news and of course it was a BFP!!! In March of 2009, I gave birth to a baby girl!

2nd pregnancy via IVF ICSI

Now, I am 35 years old and endometriosis came back on left ovary. Doc retrieved 6 eggs, 5 were mature, all were ICSI'd this time, only 4 fertilized (1 arrested) and 3 were looking good on transfer day! Doc did a 2 day transfer and transferred 3 embryos, all 4 cell, grade 1 and again, none left over to freeze. Again, we were excited!

1dpt: went pee and had beige discharge in pm...probably from progesterone suppositories before the transfer and from metrogel, nips sensitive
2dpt: in early am low mild cramps and low back ache too, woke up to spontaneous orgasm and felt crampy and pressure right above vagina, cramping on & off in evening, feels tight down there, boobs tender
3dpt: cramping on & off, feeling groggy & tired, nap, in pm had a wave of nausea come over me...just a few minutes, light headache
4dpt: constipation, when walking got shooting feeling from right side, but not too sharp, but noticeable- had to stop for a second, hungry and eating a lot; white stretchy cm, light headache
5dpt: woke up again to a spontaneous orgasm from sleep-pressure down there and felt like blood rushing down there (googled this spontaneous "O" thing and it seemed to be an early sign of pregnancy for most women-gave me hope!)
6dpt: feet feel so hot and a bit swollen (I and my feet are usually always cold), vagina/cervix feels tight-uncomfortable like uti, pooped, but still constipated feeling, skin feels tender to touch, boobs tender, feeling aroused...must be all the blood down there ;)
7dpt: boobs seem less tender, didn't sleep well
8dpt: boobs less tender but feeling really full and heavy, EMOTIONAL-cried at pretty much anything, even when DD woke up from nap, just looking at her made me cry, felt really down
9dpt: woke up with headache, watched a movie and cried for MOST of it, cramping/pinching feeling, low back ache-right side, AF cramps in evening, felt like I was peeing more today, boobs look HUGE, next to little cm
10dpt: noticed sharp pain and pressure in butt, watery cm, snot-like cm too, crampy off & on, warm period-like feeling, backache left side, brief pulling/stretching feeling left side
11dpt: noticed hot feet all week, felt hot in general all week, night sweat, boobs are still HUGE and burning feeling inside them, wet feeling down there, very little cm, right lower back-like someone drilling in my back, eating like a hog, gassy for past few days too, feels tight down there
12dpt: blood test today at 3 weeks 5days since LMP: PREGNANT again!!! I am so thankful!!! I took HPT after hcg test confirmed pregnancy and it was a light positive. I had a slow rising hcg this time around, but kept taking hpt's at home...getting darker and BFP! Hcg tests confirmed good doubling 3 days later and then again 2 days later. Yay!

I've been taking fish oil (at least 5 months), vitamin D and folic acid for several months if not close to a year.

I prayed, believed, hoped (even when I felt down/discouraged), spoke God's Word over me, my body and babies (embryos). Whenever a negative thought would try to enter my mind, I would shut it down (wasn't easy)! I couldn't speak anything negative out loud, even if it would enter my mind. I thanked God everyday, throughout the day because He was the only One I could trust in this mental, emotional and physical roller coaster ride. :)

I was persistent with getting tests done to determine Low iron, vitamin d deficient and recently diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis-autoimmune disease.

First 2 years, we tried naturally without any doctor visits. Then moved on to IUI. After 2 fresh IVF & 1 FET failed, our 2nd FET was a success.
I believe my success has to do with me obsessingly researching my symptoms and finding the right doctors to treat me. I made an appt with an endocrinologist and requested I have my thyroid along with other tests checked out. I am currently on synthoid treatment for hashimotos along with taking my vitamins diligently. Liquid iron, 4000 mg omega 3, 200 mcg selenium, 1 mg folic acid, and 4000 IU vitamin d3.
It's been a looooooong road of doctors poking, prodding, ups, downs, hopes and dreams.....

Symptoms for my first ever BFP natural cycle FET: 6day blast transferred 5dpo.
5dpo transfer day, no symptoms, taking endometrin 3x per day for progesterone support. Stayed in bed all day/night.
6dpo mild twinges, stayed in bed all day
7dpo mild twinges, nothing really notable. Minimal house activity, made a sandwich and went bk to bed.
8dpo gassy
9dpo gassy, thirsty (I don’t usually drink much throughout the day so this is unusual)
10dpo gassy , boobs getting sore, very thirsty
11dpo late night mild cramps, sore boobs, watery discharge, lots of gas cramps throughout day, emotional, very thirsty.
12dpo moderate cramps, watery discharge during day, strong AF cramps at 2am woke me up from pain, feels just like AF is coming.
13dpo same as above. faint + AM but disappears after 2 mins on Life brand blue dye test. Not convinced. Test again in PM negative. Ugh emotional roller coaster.
14dpo gushing watery discharge feeling like I’m becoming incontinent but think it might be from endometrin except its clear watery and not clumpy.
15dpofaint + AM after 10 minutes but pamphlet says "disregard results after 10 mins" so I guess I cant rely on this life brand. Feeling like if I was pg, it should show up strong on test by now, feeling very discouraged.
16dpo super sore boobs, mild-moderate AF-like cramps all day on and off. Freq trips to urinate.
17dpo +test on first response digital says "yes"!!! Yay :) I can’t believe it. It’s a miracle. DH woke me up at 8 am to test, I poas then walked out of bathroom and told him I don't wanna see the results. He called me bk in 30 secs later to show me the awesome news :)))) I'm still in shock. Praying for healthy pregnancy and baby xoxoxo

DH and I have been TTC for 19 months when in August we discovered that our wait was over! After a year with our FS, trying clomid, IUI and IVF we finally got success with our first frozen embryo transfer. I was convinced that it hadn’t worked one day then optimistic the next. My symptoms include:
* bloating (no progesterone support)
* BFP on HPT every day from 6 days past 6dt
* mood swings
* Acne
* twinges, cramping in lower belly
* feeling of blood rushing around lower belly like the feeling you get after a hot shower

We were confirmed over a week ago now with a reading of 462 and progesterone of 50 (11dp 6dt) which means no progesterone support needed. Nurse said we are definitely pregnant and do not need a follow up blood test. Our first scan is this Thursday to see the heartbeat then we are "discharged" and carry on like any other pregnant couple!

DH: 58, vasectomy
Me: 28, perfect health

I was on the antagonist IVF protocol with 12 days of meds. 2 vials of Bravelle and 1 vial of Menopur for the first 10 days, and then 1 vial of Bravelle and 1 vial of Menopur for the last two days. I also took Ganirelix from day 5 to day 12. I was at risk for OHSS, so they triggered me with Lupron. DH went through the MESA sperm aspiration procedure without any issues. The doctor retrieved 19 eggs, 17 were mature. Out of 17, 15 fertilized normally. By day 5, we had 5 high grade Blastocysts. We transferred two of the best looking blastocysts, a 2AB and 2BB.

The waiting game was intense. I POAS 5dp5dt at 5 a.m. and got a faint positive. I continued to POAS until 10dp5dt when I got my first beta which was 207. According to Betabase, 207 is low for twins but high for a singleton. I was secretly hoping for twins. I went back two days later for a second beta, and it had only risen to 346. My doctor likes to see the number double in 48 hours, and mine clearly did not. This was over Labor Day weekend, so I had to wait 5 more days for my third beta which was 2033. The doctors were happy with that.

My first ultrasound was scheduled when I was 6w1d. Immediately we saw two gestational sacs, one smaller than the other. Baby A had a strong heartbeat of 103, and baby B was only a small fetal pole and yolk sac. The doctor scared me with the whole vanishing twin talk, and he was not optimistic about Baby B getting a heartbeat. Anyway, I went back for another ultrasound a 7w1d. We were all shocked to see that Baby A had split! Baby A was now Baby A and B! Identical twins! Baby C (who didn’t have a heartbeat the week before) had a heartbeat, too! That’s three heartbeats!
I honestly can’t believe it. Since we only transferred 2 embryos, the chances of triplets should have been 3 to 5%. It’s crazy how life works out sometimes. To be continued, they should be here in early April 2013!

I only have 1 ovary and needed to start with IUI. We tried 11 times because insurance helped pay for 50% and we weren't ready go to IVF. Eventually I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility and we tried IVF. The fresh cycle failed, but we had 2 frozen eggs left so we tried FET this month and we got our BFP!!! We are above the moon!

The only signs and symptoms I recall are cramping from 4dp5dt-6dp5dt which I now believe was implantation. I did have an acne breakout and sore boobs but that also happened with fresh cycle so I believed it was medication related but now I guess it's part of my early signs!!

I am 31 years old and my DH 29. I can't believe I am writing this, I used to daydream about submitting my BFP on here, I NEVER thought this day would come. I am thrilled to say that after three years of trying, including 6 failed rounds of clomid and one cycle of IVF/ICSI I am pregnant!! me - pregnant!! My husband and I always knew we would have problems as I have severe PCOS, I say severe as I never have periods, so no ovulation at all. Compared to Clomid I actually found IVF much easier to deal with, however I was a poor responder to the stimulating drugs and only had 3 follicles. Our doctor suggested that we cancel the cycle and we were gutted but decided against his advice, we chose to gamble and go ahead with the collection anyway. We were so fortunate that all 3 eggs were collected and all 3 fertilised, better still by the day of the transfer we had 2 top quality embryos, the other had arrested. We had a Grade A plus 8 cell and a Grade B 7 cell, so it really is quality over quantity. My DH is fine but his sample was not so great on the day of the egg collection due to poor morphology so we opted for ICSI, plus we did not want to risk normal IVF with only three eggs so this was a good call. We decided to transfer both embryos as this gave us a 40% chance of success, it was 32% with one, we had a three day transfer as too few embryos to push to blastocyst. So the two-week wait began, the first week was fine. I took a week off work and got plenty of rest but stayed active with housework and evening walks. It is also important to point out I had acupuncture all the way through IVF. Below are some of the things I experienced but it is important to say that I have been on progesterone suppositories since egg collection so it is hard to tell what is pregnancy and what is the drugs. I have also been on slow release metformin since 2 months prior to starting stimulating. I have chosen to only mention the things that struck me as strange and that I never had in my two week wait on clomid.

1dp 3dt - Rash (very itchy like hives), twinges, cramps and pressure.
2 dp 3dt - Rash, hungry, twinges, cramps and pressure, creamy/ gloopy CM
3 dp 3dt -Rash, hungry, twinges and fell asleep in afternoon (which is unusual for me)
4dp 3dt - Rash, hungry, twinges and sore throat
5 dp 3dt -Rash, wet/watery cm and odd period pains/ twinges, feel like I am getting ill
6 dp 3dt - Terrible constipation, like knives are in my bottom with sharp shooting pains where there should never ever be pain!! feel like I am getting ill.
7dp 3dt - Constipation continues, boobs hurt on and off, really cold and unable to get warm, fall asleep in the afternoon again, sore back.
8dp 3dt - Diarrhea begins, still really cold, dizzy when I stand up, sore back, boobs hurt off and on period pains so think AF is coming, teary.
9dp 3 dt - Diarrhea was awful (4 times during the day), Insomnia begins, dizzy when I stand up, AF pains so I think period is coming, boobs hurt on and off. At this point I am going stir crazy and want to test and have to force myself not to.
10dp 3 dt - Wake up at 6am and POAS but don't look for an hour and a half so DH can look with me, so I stare at him until he wakes up. We get a BFP!! but I don't believe it as it could be an evaporation line so I dash out at 8am to buy a digi. Comes up BFP with same FMU super fast and shows 2 - 3 weeks on conception indicator (which means my HCG is over 200 according to Clearblue). I had a sore back – was unable to get comfortable and AF pains continue, boobs hurt on and off, mild nausea.
11dp 3dt - Diarrhea, AF pains, mild nausea, dizzy when I stand, boobs hurt on and off. Tested again in afternoon BFP (I just love seeing a positive test)
12dp 3dt – BFP with FMU. AF pains continue, mild nausea at times, boobs hurt slightly on and off.

I find the strangest symptom is the AF pains, it really does feel just like AF is coming. It makes me nervous but I have read it is very normal and can continue for weeks but it really does feel exactly the same!! Also I thought my boobs would hurt more at 4 weeks but it is just waves of boob ache. Very excited, cautiously optimistic and wonder how many we will be blessed with. So any girls out there who are going through IVF I know how you feel and I never thought it would happen for me but it did and when it did it felt amazing, it was like I had won the lottery – only so much better.

Hello ladies! I'm posting this today with two positive pregnancy tests in front of me and one in my memory box!
I had my frozen embryo transfer last Monday (just had the one on ice so was delighted that it survived the thaw!) I tested this morning 8dpt, first accidentally using a ovulation stick which showed positive then realized I used the wrong one (what a doughnut!) and then tested on a proper pregnancy stick which show positive - yay!! Just have to wait until Friday now for my blood test at the clinic... Not really feeling any symptoms to be honest just some aching in my lower back and uterus area. Praying that this is a sticky bean and that all of you ladies TTC get your BFP soon x

After 2 1/2 years of ttc I can finally state that we are pregnant!! After 6mns of trying on our own before seeking help, 3 rounds of clomid, a HSG test, 3 IUIs with injectables, and 1 fresh IVF, we conceived TWINS on our first and only FET! After the failed fresh IVF, I literally threw my hands in the air and asked God to carry this weight. No one ever tells you how hard the emotions of IVF can be and I know for sure that the reason it worked was when I told him I just couldn't do it anymore and take the weight. Believe me... I never thought this day would come.

As far as symptoms, I had twinges two days after transfer. And then felt very full in the abdomen. I was also very gassy and had frequent bowel movements. That is it!! Don't read into anything. I POAS before my beta test and started to cry immediately when the stick turned. After staring at these sticks for years and pulling them apart in hopes to see some line, it was amazing. I'm now 7 weeks pregnant with two "snow babies" and feel so blessed.

1dp5dt: Some cramping, probably due to transfer (I had a lot of cramping after the retrieval for about one week). I started testing out my trigger two days after the retrieval, on 1dp5dt I had a very faint positive on an Internet cheapy test.
2dp5dt: Experienced my typical progesterone side effects, mild headache and dull cramping. The only thing out of the ordinary was I had a definite hot flash, which I have never had before. (lighter faint positive on IC)
3dp5dt: More hot flashes and I started to have dizzy spells, like I was going to pass out. The dull cramping was much less on this day. (continue faint positive on IC).
4dp5dt: The hot flashes continued, approx, 2-3x a day. I did not feel any dizziness on this day. I had night sweats the night before, but this typically happens 1-2 days before AF comes. I really, REALLY felt like I was going to start my period. I had all my typical AF symptoms, mild cramping, bloating, and headache. Late that evening I took a pregnancy test just to see what would happen and there was a faint positive, however this positive seemed darker than the day before!
5dp5dt: I had night sweats again, which never happens for more than one night. I POAS as soon as I woke up and the line was definitely darker. I did not want to get my hopes up but I didn't think it could be the trigger since it was 13 days past my 5,000IU HCG shot. I did not have hot flashes or dizzy spells on this day.
6dp5dt: POAS in the late afternoon and I saw much darker positive.
7dp5dt: The positive was about the same color as the day before, all of my positives were lighter than the test line, but a line is a line, right? :)
8dp5dt: Positive beta test, beta was 40
10dp5dt: beta at 185 (much darker line on the IC but still pretty light)
The hot flashes and night sweats continued from 6dp5dt-14dp5dt
I still have AF like cramps on and off. At first, I was super nervous so I called my doctor and she said cramping is perfectly normal. Thank goodness!
22dp5dt: We saw one beautiful heartbeat!! The symptoms are continuing to add up but it is all worth it.
